Return Period
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date due to any reason, change of mind including.
Return Instructions

- Return Authorisation: After reviewing your query, our team will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Packaging and Shipping
- Securely pack the item in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include the return form and any necessary documents or photos.
- Download and print the return label using the link in our email.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the wrong product was delivered, if it was damaged during shipping, or is otherwise faulty.

- Defective & damaged products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@hearthandhazel.uk with your order number and evidence. Hearth & Hazel will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item is delivered.
- Undelivered product: If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a refund or replacement.
- Order cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions upon receiving the item. Start your cancellation by contacting info@hearthandhazel.uk and don't forget to attach your order number.
Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. Send us photos of the issue. We will review the case and, upon approval, send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Policy for Undamaged Items
If you change your mind, you may return the unused and undamaged product within 30 days of delivery. These conditions apply - there can be no visible wear, no damages, and all tags are still attached.
