Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time (35–40 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise our Shopify store to ensure top performance

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions

- Analyse sales data and develop strategies to enhance the customer journey

- Collaborate with product and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

Your Profile:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a Shopify store

- Strong knowledge of SEO and e-commerce marketing strategies

- Independent, results-driven, and passionate about online retail

- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics

2. Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time (20–25 hours/week)

Your Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally via email, chat, and social media

- Provide effective solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

- Develop strong product knowledge to offer accurate and helpful advice

Your Profile:

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Customer service experience is a plus

- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented

- Confident using digital tools and CRM systems
