- Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

- Business days: Shipping takes place Monday to Friday.

Procedure For Missing Items

Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee: Hearth & Hazel does not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective products: Free for the customer. This applies in cases of incorrect delivery, shipping damage, or other defects.
- At customer’s request: The actual return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Cancellations & Changes
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped, please follow the return instructions upon receiving the item. Start your cancellation by contacting info@hearthandhazel.uk and don't forget to attach your order number.
Defective & Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@hearthandhazel.uk with your order number and evidence. Hearth & Hazel will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or refund.
