Return Instructions

- Return Authorisation: After reviewing your query, our team will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  • Securely pack the item in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Include the return form and any necessary documents or photos.

  • Download and print the return label using the link in our email.

  • For Defective Products

    No cost to the customer. This applies if the wrong product was delivered, if it was damaged during shipping, or is otherwise faulty.

  • Change Of Mind

    The actual return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. This applies if the wrong product was ordered, it doesn't fit, or is no longer wanted.

Defective & Damaged Products

If you received the wrong item, please contact us. We will cover return shipping and ensure the correct item is delivered.

Undelivered Product

If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

If you change your mind, you may return the unused and undamaged product within 30 days of delivery. These conditions apply - there can be no visible wear, no damages, and all tags are still attached.
